- PUBLIC NOTICE The Garden City Planning Commission will hold their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. at the Garden City Lakeview Building, located at 69 N. Paradise Parkway, Building C. AGENDA 1. Roll Call 2. Approval of Minutes a. Regular Meeting 3. Discussion of Conditional Use Permits - JUB Engineers, Quinn Dance 4. Discussion for Multi-Family Zones 5. Discussion/Approval of Ordinances: a. #25-01 - An Ordinance Updating the Storage and Use of a Recreational Vehicle b. #25-03 - An Ordinance Adding Commercial Condominiums c. #25-04 - An Ordinance Adding Vacant Lot to Definitions d. #25-06 - An Ordinance Updating and Adding to the Building Permit Required Ordinance. e. #25-07 - An Ordinance Amending Title 11E of the Garden City Code to make Clarifying Corrections to the Subdivision Plat Approval and Amendment Processes. 6.
