1. Rachel Erickson reached out to the Division and requested to speak during the public comment period regarding the creation of a pathway to accrue experience credit as a transaction coordinator toward meeting the requirements for a broker's license.

1. Sales agent applicant Bryan Peay is seeking licensure but does not possess a high school diploma for GED equivalent. Pursuant to Utah Admin. Code R162-2f-201(4), the Commission will consider and take action on whether to approve the applicant for licensure based on his professional qualifications and experience.
