Rachel Erickson reached out to the Division and requested to speak during the public comment period regarding the creation of a pathway to accrue experience credit as a transaction coordinator toward meeting the requirements for a broker's license. II. Division section reports A. Director's report - Leigh Veillette, Division Director B. Licensing and education - Laurel North, Licensing and Education Manager 1. Sales agent applicant Bryan Peay is seeking licensure but does not possess a high school diploma for GED equivalent. Pursuant to Utah Admin. Code R162-2f-201(4), the Commission will consider and take action on whether to approve the applicant for licensure based on his professional qualifications and experience. C. Commission and Industry Issues - Justin Barney, Hearing Officer and Records Manager D. Enforcement - Kadee Wright, Chief of Enforcement 1.
