PLANNING COMMISSION
PUBLIC HEARING and REGULAR MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Planning Commission will hold a public hearing and a regular meeting on the 11th day of December 2024 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 24 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m.
The agenda shall be as follows:
1. Call Public Hearing to Order
- Changes to the Minor Subdivision Ordinance.
2. Adjourn to Regular Planning Commission Meeting
- Approve minutes from September 18, 2024, and November 13, 2024.
3. Business
- Gibbons' property discussion located at 379 North 200 East
4. Permits/Business Licenses
- Business License: Stephen Moreland - CMS - PO Box 276
- Outstanding Building Permits: No outstanding zoning/building permits
5. Public Comment
6. Adjourn
