- CLARKSTON TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING and REGULAR MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Planning Commission will hold a public hearing and a regular meeting on the 11th day of December 2024 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 24 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call Public Hearing to Order - Changes to the Minor Subdivision Ordinance. 2. Adjourn to Regular Planning Commission Meeting - Approve minutes from September 18, 2024, and November 13, 2024. 3. Business - Gibbons' property discussion located at 379 North 200 East 4. Permits/Business Licenses - Business License: Stephen Moreland - CMS - PO Box 276 - Outstanding Building Permits: No outstanding zoning/building permits 5. Public Comment 6. Adjourn In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Deputy Clerk at least three days prior to the meeting.
