NOTICE OF AND AGENDA FOR
A PUPBLIC HEARING and REGULAR MEETING
OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE GOSHEN VALLEY LOCAL DISTRICT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Trustees of the Goshen Valley Local District (the 'District') shall convene as a Board on Thursday, November 22, 2024, at 1:00 p.m., at the Elberta Valley Ag Office located at 16100 South 12800 West, Elberta, Utah and via the Microsoft Office 365 application Teams.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
1. Welcome and Roll Call
2. Statement of Conflict of Interest by Board and Staff, if needed
3. Public Comment
4. Public Hearing on the tentative 2025 budget
5. Board action on 2025 budget
6. Consideration for approval of the October 9, 2024 Board Meeting Minutes
7. Proposed annual meeting schedule for 2025
8. Discuss plan for water testing for PFAS and other chemicals (B Sheppard)
9. Closed session to discuss a potential real estate transaction (Board Members, Angela W)
10. Other Business
11. Next Meeting is scheduled for TBD
