NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF BLACK DESERT PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT WILL HOLD A MEETING ON NOVEMBER 4, 2024, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770

1. Approve the minutes of the Board meeting held on September 9, 2024.
D. Action Items
1. Consider accepting the First Quarter Financial Statements as outlined by CLA
2. Consider accepting the Third Quarter Financial Statements as outlined by CLA.
3. Consider for approval the Tentative 2025 Budget prepared by CLA.
F. Administrative Non-Action Items
G. Other Items From Board Members
1. Open meeting for discussion with Board members of any other PID business.
