NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF OQUIRRH POINT PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NO. 1 WILL HOLD A SPECIAL MEETING ON WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 11, 2024, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770
AT 10:00 am.

1. Consider for approval the meeting Minutes from August 22, 2024.
D. Public Hearing
1. Receive input from the public with respect to (a) the issuance of the Limited Tax General Obligation Bonds, Series 2024A (the '2024A Senior Bonds') and Subordinate Limited Tax General Obligation Bonds, Series 2024B (the '2024B Subordinate Bonds,' and collectively, the 'Bonds') and (b) any potential economic impact that the Project to be financed with the proceeds of the Bonds may have on the private sector.
