NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF JEPSON CANYON PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NO. 1 WILL HOLD A MEETING ON MAY 17, 2024, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770

1. Approve the minutes of Board meeting held on December 7th, 2023.
2. Approve outstanding payment applications and requisition requests made since last meeting (if any).

1. Consider acceptance and approval of the 2024 First Quarter Financial statements as presented by CLA.
2. Consider acceptance and approval of the 2022 Report from the Audit Committee.
3. Consider accepting the revised Reimbursement Agreement with the updated Payment Application & Requisition Form.

1. Discussion for Board members on any further PID business.
