NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARDS OF TRUSTEES OF OQUIRRH POINT PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NOS. 1, 2, 3 AND 4 WILL HOLD A JOINT SPECIAL MEETING ON FRIDAY, APRIL 12, 2024, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770
AT 10:00 am.

1. Consider for approval the meeting Minutes from November 3rd, 2023.
2. Consider approval of Resolution 2024-04 and authorize District Chair to sign. A RESOLUTION 2024-04 OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF OQUIRRH POINT PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NO. 1 DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO REIMBURSE ITSELF FOR EXPENDITURES INCURRED IN CONNECTION WITH THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND ALL RELATED IMPROVEMENTS WITH PROCEEDS OF FEDERALLY TAX-EXEMPT BONDS THAT IT INTENDS TO ISSUE.
