NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARDS OF TRUSTEES OF OLYMPIA PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NO. 1 WILL HOLD A MEETING ON TUESDAY, DECEMBER 19, 2023, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770
AT 10:00 am.
A. Call to Order
B. Preliminary Action Items
1. Approve the minutes of Board meetings held on July 26, 2023 and on November 30, 2023.
C. Public Hearing
1. Take public comment on the tentative operating and capital budget adopted on November 30, 2023, which is proposed to be adopted, with amendments, as the Final Budget for calendar year 2024.
D. Action Items
1. Consider adoption of Resolution 2023-06, adopting a Final Budget for calendar year 2024.
2. Consider approval of CLA engagement agreement, and authorize the Chair to sign.
E. Administrative Non-Action Items
1. Reminder: Board Trainings and Other Documents Required for the State Auditor (Oaths of Office, conflict disclosures, and ethics pledge).
