Approval of FML Clerk contract
Approval of FML Treasurer contract
Vote on signatures for checks and approve such action
Discuss purchasing new recording device
Review of finances
Approval of invoices to be paid
Sign state auditors forms
Discuss creating a corrections Inter-local agreement
Discuss legal representation
Review of Policies and Procedures and vote to make them part of the district By-Laws
Review the resolution approved by the County Commission and adopt it as part of the districts Operating Agreement
Approve engagement of legal counsel via retainer or agreement
Suggestions on the creation of an Operating Agreement
Review and vote on a bond
Set meeting dates for calendar year 2024
