- N O T I C E FEDERAL MINERAL LEASE SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT A MEETING OF THE FEDERAL MINERAL LEASE SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT WILL BE HELD AT 1:00 P.M., ON WEDNESDAY, THE 20th DAY OF DECEMBER 2023 IN THE SANPETE COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 160 NORTH MAIN, ROOM 101, MANTI, UTAH. MATTERS TO BE DISCUSSED AT THE MEETING ARE OUTLINED IN THE FOLLOWING AGENDA AGENDA 1:00 P.M. Review/approval of minutes meeting held November 2,2023 Approval of FML Clerk contract Approval of FML Treasurer contract Vote on signatures for checks and approve such action Discuss purchasing new recording device Review of finances Approval of invoices to be paid Sign state auditors forms Discuss creating a corrections Inter-local agreement Discuss legal representation. Review of Policies and Procedures and vote to make them part of the district By-Laws. Review the resolution approved by the County Commission and adopt it as part of the districts Operating Agreement. Approve engagement of legal counsel via retainer or agreement Suggestions on the creation of an Operating Agreement. Set meeting dates for calendar year 2024 2:30 P.M. Public Hearing for the 2024 Budget Adjourn 3:00 P.M Adopt the 2024 Budget Individuals with disabilities needing special accommodations during this proceeding, contact Troy Shelley, Federal Mineral Lease SSD Chair, (435) 691-6000 in advance.
