The Minersville Town Council will hold a Public Budget Hearing followed by a regular Council Meeting Tuesday June 20, 2023 at 5:00 pm at the Minersville Town Hall

Mayor will open the meeting stating the time and date

2. 5:15 Open the Budget for Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2023 for a revision of funds.

2. 5:25 Adopt Budget for FY ending June 30, 2024 Resolution 6.20.23
3. 5:30 Approve the budget revision of funds for FY ending June 30, 2023

Notice: The Town Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of
'52-4-204 and '52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended.
Electronic Meeting: The Board has adopted Resolution No. 3.2.22 which provides
procedures that board members may follow in order to participate in a meeting
electronically. As of the time of this notice no one requested to participate electronically.
