- NOTICE OF DATE, TIME, PLACE AND AGENDA The Minersville Town Council will hold a Public Budget Hearing followed by a regular Council Meeting Tuesday June 20, 2023 at 5:00 pm at the Minersville Town Hall The following is the agenda: Mayor will open the meeting stating the time and date Public Budget Hearing: 1. 5:00 Review Fiscal Year ending June 30 2024 Budget and take public comments. 2. 5:15 Open the Budget for Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2023 for a revision of funds. Close Public Hearing and open regular Council Meeting 1. 5:20 Approve minutes from the May 5, 2023 Council Meeting 2. 5:25 Adopt Budget for FY ending June 30, 2024 Resolution 6.20.23 3. 5:30 Approve the budget revision of funds for FY ending June 30, 2023 4. 5:35 Beaver County Sherriff's Dept. 5. 5:45 Jorden Hillock: Bell refurbishment 6. 5:50 Kevin Smedley: General Plan open house 7. 6:00 Leo Kanell: Review property line maps on 400 West. Legal council 8. 6:10 New hire 9. 6:20 Certified Tax Rate 10. 6:25 Impact fees 11. 6:30 4th of July schedule 12. 6:35 Other Business Notice: The Town Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of '52-4-204 and '52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended. Electronic Meeting: The Board has adopted Resolution No. 3.2.22 which provides procedures that board members may follow in order to participate in a meeting electronically.
