This meeting was 9.5 hours long. The audio file was very large and I reduced it as far as my software would allow and still could not get the file to be under 200MG. I ended up splitting the recording into 2 audio files. '05.31.2023 PART 1A' and '05.31.2023 PART 2B' for the purpose of the PNW size requirements. Please notice there are two files.
