NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF SIENNA HILLS PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NO. 1 WILL HOLD A MEETING ON MAY 17, 2023, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UT 84770

A. Call to Order

1. Approve the minutes of Board meeting held on February 2, 2023
2. Approve payment applications and requisition requests made since last meeting.
C. Public Hearings
1. Conduct hearing to take public comment on the adoption of the tentative budget for calendar year 2023 as the final budget for 2023.
D. Action Items
1. Consider adoption of the final operating and capital budget for calendar year 2023.
