- PUBLIC NOTICE AND AGENDA Sienna Hills Public Infrastructure District No. 1 Board of Trustees Special Meeting NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF SIENNA HILLS PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NO. 1 WILL HOLD A MEETING ON MAY 17, 2023, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UT 84770 AT 2:00 PM A. Call to Order B. Consent Items 1. Approve the minutes of Board meeting held on February 2, 2023 2. Approve payment applications and requisition requests made since last meeting. C. Public Hearings 1. Conduct hearing to take public comment on the adoption of the tentative budget for calendar year 2023 as the final budget for 2023. D. Action Items 1. Consider adoption of the final operating and capital budget for calendar year 2023. 2. Consider retaining Hinton Burdick for provision of auditing services to the District, and authorize the Chair to sign multi-year engagement letter. E. Administrative Non-Action Items None F. Adjourn The District complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act by providing accommodations and auxiliary communicative aids and services for all those in need of assistance.
