- NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH Pursuant to ยง52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, October 11, 2022, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.) 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. OPENING REMARKS 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE by invitation 4. ROLL CALL 5. MINUTES APPROVED - Consider a motion to approve the minutes of the special meeting held on September 13, 2022. 6. BUSINESS a. Consider adopting Ordinance 2022-25 rezoning the property located at approximately 1100 North and 450 West owned by Jake Black, Adam Albrecht, and Bryan Nay. b. Consider adopting Ordinance 2022-29 annexing the 25.79 acres of property owned by Robert J. Parker, Waimea LTD Partnership, and Mary Lee Harrison and located north of 1100 North, south of Flying J Drive, east of Main Street and west of 500 East and consider zoning the property being annexed as general commercial, multi-family, and high-density multi-family as presented in the concept plan. c. Consider adopting Ordinance 2022-30 rezoning the southeast portion of the property identified as tax parcel #1-2-20 located at approximately 1200 North between Main Street and the Sevier Valley Canal. d. Planning Commission Report. e. Consider adopting Ordinance 2022-33 rezoning the property located at 647 South Main and identified as tax parcel #1-8-11 owned by Ville 647, LLC, to high-density multi-family residential RM-24. f. Discuss streets and bridges that would qualify for Joint Highway funds for future projects and discuss the realignment of 100 East. g. CIB Report. 7. OTHER BUSINESS 8. ADJOURNMENT
