Central Wasatch Commission Executive/Budget/Audit Committee Meeting Agenda Monday, September 19, 2022 1:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. Notice is hereby given that the Central Wasatch Commission will hold an Executive Committee meeting at approximately 1:00 P.M., or soon thereafter, on Monday, September 19, 2022 at 41 North Rio Grande Street, Ste. 102, Salt Lake City, UT. The public may register for the meeting through the following link. Once registered, meeting attendees will receive an email with a personal meeting access link. https://us06web.zoom.us/j/82556273310 Please take notice that a quorum the Board of Commissioners (the 'Board') of the Central Wasatch Commission (the 'CWC') may attend the meeting of the Board's Executive Committee Scheduled for Monday, 19 September 2022; beginning at 1:00 p.m. virtually. The agenda for that meeting of the Committee is accessible here: Utah Public Notice Website, The Salt Lake Tribune, and Deseret News. Civility and decorum should be applied in all discussions and debate. Difficult questions, tough challenges to a point of view, and criticism of ideas and information are legitimate elements of a free democracy in action. Public officials and the public are encouraged to refrain from making belligerent, personal, impertinent, slanderous, threatening, abusive, or disparaging comments. 1:00 P.M. Opening 1. Chair of the Board Christopher F. Robinson will open the CWC Executive/Budget/Audit Committee Meeting plus commenting on the electronic meeting, no anchor location, as noted above. 2. (Action) The Executive/Budget/Audit (EBA) Committee will consider approving the minutes of the August 20, 2022, meeting. 1:05 P.M BCCMAP Consultant Selection 1. Staff will provide the EBAC an update on the activities of the BCCMAP consultant selection committee for EBAC consideration and discussion. 1:10 P.M. 2022 Retreat Planning Update 1. Staff has included a draft retreat agenda for EBAC consideration and approval. (attached) 1:20 P.M. 2022 Strategic Plan Progress Update 1. Staff will provide Commissioners reports on the 2022 strategic plan, and budgeting, and future visioning at the August, September, and October EBAC meetings. 1:25 P.M. Stakeholders Council Update 1. William McCarvill and Barbara Cameron will provide the EBAC with updates from the Stakeholders Council. 1:30 P.M. Public Comment 1:30 P.M. Adjourn Committee Meeting 1. Chair of the Board Christopher F.
