Please note: For in-person meeting attendees, masks are no longer required at Millcreek City Hall, but are welcome for any attendees who prefer to continue using them. We will continue to monitor the situation take any reasonable precautions for the public and staff.

3:30 P.M. Opening
1. Chair of the Board Christopher F. Robinson will open the CWC Board meeting.
2. (Action) The Board will consider approving the minutes of the June 6, 2022, Board meeting.
3:35 P.M. Audit Presentation
1. Auditor Greg Ogden will present the FY 2021/2022 Audit.
3:45 P.M. Watershed Management Plan Update
1. Director of Salt Lake Public Utilities Laura Briefer will provide an update on the watershed management plan for Commissioner discussion.
4:05 P.M. Committee Updates and Reports
1. The EBAC met on July 18th, meeting minutes included in meeting materials.
The 2022 Board Retreat will take place in the first half of November for a half day, date and time to be determined.
There is a willingness from the Forest Service to join the Central Wasatch Commission as an ex officio member. Leading into the October Board meeting, staff and Commissioners will determine parameters for the addition of the Forest Service and draft a resolution formally adding the USFS to the Board.
Staff presented a fundraising and outreach plan (attached) to the EBAC for discussion, which details a capital campaign to raise $25,000 for the ongoing maintenance of the Environmental Dashboard.
A resolution to approve the donation platform and checking account for the
Environmental Dashboard will be considered for approval.
2. The Transportation Committee met on June 30th, meeting minutes included in meeting materials.
Commissioner Knopp will present the Big Cottonwood Canyon Mobility Action Plan and Professional Services Agreement for discussion.
- Staff will release the RFP and materials following Board approval.
4:25 P.M. Stakeholders Council Update and Report
1. William McCarvill and Barbara Cameron will provide an update on the activities of the Stakeholders Council.
The Stakeholders Council met on Wednesday, July 20th.

1. Chair of the Board Christopher F. Robinson will end the closed session for the purposes for to discuss the character, professional competence or physical or mental health of an individual as authorized by UTAH CODE ANN. 52-4-205(1)(a) and re-open the Central Wasatch Commission Board meeting.
