CALL TO ORDER 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES DATED OCTOBER 5, 2021 BUSINESS LICENSE/ ZONING CLEARANCE 3. NEW DWELLING - MICHAEL GRANGE 4. CAR PORT - BYRON THOMPSEN 5. AIRBNB IN GARAGE - JOLIE JACOBSEN 6. SHORT TERM RENTAL BUSINESS LICENSE - MICHAEL WAYMAN 7. SMALL SUBDIVISION - MICHAEL WAYMAN DISCUSSION ITEMS/REVIEW 8. FENCES 9. REVIEW OF ANIMAL CONTROL ORDINANCE 10. REVIEW/RECOMMENDATION OF HOME OCCUPATIONS ORDINANCE 11. ADJOURNMENT The public is invited to attend all Planning Commission Meetings and Work Sessions.
