Consider Ordinance 2021-21 - An Ordinance amending 7.40.030 Actions Allowed by Authorized Persons against a Dangerous Dog. Consider Ordinance 2021-22 - An Ordinance amending 13.60.010 Minimum Improvement Standards to edit the maximum lot elevation. Consider Ordinance 2021-23 - An Ordinance amending Ordinances 12.250.080, 12.26.080, 13.70.070 and 15.50.090 to reference State Code for publishing public hearings. Consider additional salary for the City Council and Mayor to meet the average Salaries for similar Cities. Discuss updating the general plan. Departments Meet the Candidates Night: Oct 14th - 7:00pm Tree Lighting Ceremony: Nov 29th - 7:00pm General Plan Open House: Nov 9th - 6:00pm
