Discussion on a possible expenditure approval in the amount of $3,850.00 for the purchase of Badger water meter software. 6. Discussion on Resolution 2021.XX Uniform Fee Schedule, residential building valuation. 7. Discussion on Ordinance 2021.XX 7-7 Cemetery. 8. Discussion on Policy & Procedures, Employee cell phone policy. 9. Discussion on code violations and prosecutions - Attorney Snow and City Manager Page. 10. Discussion on vote ratification on expenditure of $26,500.00 for buyout of lease for Ford F350. (Phone call vote taken August 30, 2021 with a vote of 5-0) 11. Discussion on procurement spending policies and procedures. 12. Discussion on American Rescue Plan and grant funding. G. COUNCIL REPORTS 1.
