- The purpose of the hearing will be to receive comment on the following zone change application: 1) For multiple parcels located south of Abajo Drive from approximately 400 W, continuing to the golf course. Requesting change from R-1 residential to A-1 agriculture zone. Written comments may be addressed to Recorder Cindi Holyoak cindi@monticelloutah.org, City of Monticello, P.O. Box 457, Monticello, Utah 84535, and must be received prior to or on the hearing date.
