AGENDA Central Wasatch Commission Board Meeting Monday: August 3, 2020 3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. NOTICE OF ELECTRONIC MEETING In view of the current COVID-19 pandemic: 1.This meeting will occur only electronically, without a physical anchor location, as authorized by the Governor's Executive Order dated March 18, 2020 (the 'Governor's Order') and related legislation enacted by the Utah Legislature since that date. (See the below written determination of the Chair of the CWC Board that conducting this meeting with a physical anchor location presents a substantial risk to the health and safety of those who may be present at the anchor location). 2.The public may remotely hear the open portions of the meeting through live broadcast by connecting to: https://zoom.us/j/92408999260?pwd=VlhvQzBNTnNkbEVyT000ZnRKUHZVZz09 3.Written public comments received before commencement of the meeting will be either summarized or read into the record by the Chair or a designee. Such comments should be submitted via the following: https://forms.gle/mseg2o243xgG27HN9 4.Comments may also be submitted during the meeting from meeting attendees by following comment instructions from the Chair. 3:30 p.m. OPENING 1.Commissioner Christopher F. Robinson will conduct the meeting as Chair of the Board (the 'Board') of the Central Wasatch Commission ('CWC'). 2.Chair Christopher F. Robinson will read his written determination regarding an electronic meeting anchor location for this meeting, pursuant to Utah Code Ann. 52-4-207(4). 3.The Board will consider approving the Minutes of the July 13, 2020 Board Meeting. (Action). 3:35 p.m. Resolution 2020-19 Approving an Interlocal Agreement with Salt Lake County for Funding of the Desolation Trail reroute. 1.The Board will consider approving Resolution 2020-19 authorizing entry into an interlocal agreement whereunder Salt Lake County will distribute $20,000 of the Regional Transportation Choice Funds (4th Quarter) to the Central Wasatch Commission for the re-route of a section of the Desolation Trail from Mill D North Trailhead to Dog Lake. (Action). 3:40 p.m. CWC Committee Reports: 1.Executive Committee: No meeting in July. 2.Transportation Committee: Chair Mike Peterson, on behalf of the Transportation Committee, will discuss items under discussion. 3.Legislative Land/Tenure Committee: No meeting in July. 4.Short-term projects Committee: No meeting in July. 4:00 p.m. Public Comments (3 minutes maximum). 4:30 p.m. Commissioner Discussion and Action. 5:00 p.m. Adjournment CERTIFICATE OF POSTING At or before 3:30 p.m. on Friday, July 31, 2020 the undersigned hereby certify that the above notice and agenda was: (1) posted on the Utah Public Notice Website created under UTAH CODE ANN. 63F-1-701; and (2) provided to The Salt Lake Tribune and/or Deseret News and to a local media correspondent.
