Toquer Blvd, Toquerville Utah A. CALL TO ORDER: 1. Call to order by Chairman Manning Butterworth; Pledge of Allegiance by Dan Catlin. 2. Disclosures and declaration of conflicts from Commission Members. B. REVIEW OF MINUTES: 1. Review and possible approval of Planning Commission Meeting minutes from February 19, 2020. C. PUBLIC FORUM: Limit three (3) minutes per person; comments from public and public requests for future agenda items. D. REPORTS: 1. Planning Chair, Manning Butterworth 2. Commissioners 3. Zoning Official, Mike Vercimak 4. City Council Liaison, Councilman Gary Chaves E. BUSINESS ITEM(S): 1. Annual review of a Conditional Use Permit for the keeping of livestock located at 124 N Ash Creek Dr ~Layne and Renee Garner. 2. Annual review of a Home Occupation Permit for a home office located at 1276 S Rainbow Bridge St ~Maxim Electric Inc/Michael Backus. 3. Annual review of a Conditional Use Permit for the keeping of livestock located at 1520 S Cane Circle ~ David Missal. 4. Annual review of a Conditional Use Permit for the keeping of livestock located at 112 N Ash Creek Dr ~ Steve Thayer. 5. Annual review of a Conditional Use Permit for an automotive repair shop located at 40 W Berry Lane ~ Toquerville Auto/Ned Snow. 6. Annual review of a Conditional Use Permit for a bed and breakfast located at 1015 S Mulberry Dr ~ Valentine B&B/James Valentine. 7. Review of a Home Occupation Permit for custom gun production located at 152 W Sunset Dr ~ Justin Sip Custom Guns/Justin Sip. 8. Review of a Conditional Use Permit for a construction business located at 47 S Ash Creek Dr ~ Lynn Olds Construction/Lynn Olds. 9. Review of a Home Occupation Permit for a home office located at 855 S Peachtree Dr ~ JowPow Ventures LLC/Adam Jowers. 10. Discussion and possible recommendation of the amended preliminary site plan for Juniper Junction RV Park. Tax ID # T-3-0-27-3410. F. DISCUSSION ITEM(S): 1. Discussion on commercial design standards. 2. Discussion on ORD.2020.XX Animal Control - An ordinance amending Title 5, Chapter 1 Animal Control. G. ADJOURN: In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Ruth Evans at the City Office 435.635.1094, at least 48 hours in advance. This Agenda will be sent to the Spectrum Newspaper, posted on the State website at http://pmn.utah.gov, on the Toquerville City website at www.toquerville.org, and in four places at least 24 hours in advance of this meeting.
