AGENDA OF THE UTAH TRANSIT AUTHORITY COMMITTEE ON ACCESSIBLE TRANSPORTATION (CAT) The Utah Transit Authority Committee on Accessible Transportation will meet at 12:30 p.m. on Monday, October 21, 2019, at the UTA Frontline Headquarters Building 669 West 200 South, Salt Lake City, UT 84101 The meeting agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome Nicole Fraedrich, Committee Chair 2. Safety Minute Sheldon Shaw, UTA Manager of Safety 3. Approval of Minutes - April 8, 2019 Nicole Fraedrich, Committee Chair 4. General Public Comment The Committee on Accessible Transportation invites brief comments or questions from the public on accessibility and/or ADA compliance issues. Please note, in order to be considerate of everyone attending the meeting and to more closely follow the published agenda, public comment will be limited to two minutes per person. A spokesperson who has been asked by a group to summarize their comments may be allowed five minutes to speak. 5. Recognition of 'I Am UTA' Award Recipients Brenden Lund, Bus Operator - Mt.
