- TOQUERVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION September 18, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. Held at 212 N. Toquerville Blvd. Toquerville, Utah 84774 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD DURING THE REGULAR PLANNNING COMMISSION MEETING SEPTEMBER 18, 2019, CONVENING AT 7:00 P.M.: 1. Public input is sought on Zone Change application submitted by Denis Lyman for covered RV storage units located on Tax ID parcel T-3126. Proposed zoning is M1-Light Industrial. Current zoning is MU-20. 2. Public input is sought on ordinance 2019.XX Nightly Rental - to clarify primary residence ownership. 3. Public input is sought on ordinance 2019.XX Grading Permits - to omit the building department as the responsible entity for managing grading permits and to assign the zoning administrator or authorized personnel as the granting authority and management of grading applications. 4. Public input is sought on ordinance 2019.XX Alternate Planning commissioners - to add an additional alternate Planning Commissioner position to the commission. Copies of applications and ordinance drafts are available for review at the Toquerville City Office (212 North Toquerville Boulevard) In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Dana McKim at the City Office 635-1094, at least 48 hours in advance. This Notice will be sent at least 10 days prior to the meeting to the Spectrum newspaper, posted on the State website at http://pmn.utah.gov, posted on the Toquerville City website at www.toquerville.org, and in five places within the city limits of Toquerville: (1.) City Office Board: (2.) Toquerville Post Office Kiosk; (3.) Cholla Park Kiosk; (4.) Westfield Road Kiosk. Posted this 6TH day of September 2019, by Toquerville City Recorder, Dana M. McKim.
