Consider the Conditional Use Permit application submitted by Brad Robinson for 4 flag lots in the Whispering Pine Grove Subdivision. The entire subdivision consists of 6 lots located at 909 South 50 East on 6.61 acres in an agricultural (A-1) zone. Parcel ID: 04-059-0013. CONSIDER UPDATES TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION ORDINANCE (Legislative)
Consider changes to HPC Code 12.50 regarding duties of the Planning Commission. In May 2018 some changes were made and voted to forward to City Council, but the amendments were held in reserve until HPC 12.40 could be amended to accompany them. City Council has not seen any of the approved changes in HPC 12.40 or HPC 12.50 yet. See Minutes from the Planning Commission meeting held May 16, 2018.
