Brad Robinson submitted a Conditional Use Permit for 4 flag lots (of 6 total lots) in the Whispering Pine Grove Subdivision located at 909 South 50 East on 6.61 acres in an agricultural (A-1) zone. Parcel ID: 04-059-0013

CONSIDER UPDATES TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION ORDINANCE (Legislative)
Consider changes to HPC Code 12.40 and 12.50 regarding duties of the Planning Commission, City Council and LUA (Land Use Authority). Change the name of the current 'LUA' to 'DRC' (Development Review Committee). Consider changes throughout HPC code referencing 'LUA'.
