Notice is hereby given that the Town of Laketown Town Council will hold their regularly scheduled meeting following the two Public Hearings at 6:00PM on Wednesday October 7, 2026, in the Laketown Town Office located at
10 North 200 East Laketown, Utah.

4. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
5. PUBLIC HEARING: Ordinance 2026-08 Corner Lot Sizes and setbacks - amending the current requirements for comer lots with in the town city limits and considering clarifying the setbacks on all sides of a corner lot
6. PUBLIC HEARING: Vacate a Portion of Town Right-of-Way on North Main Street - proposal that the town vacate a strip of town right-of-way on the west side of North Main Street, beginning at the stop sign at the northwest corner of North Main Street and East Center Street and extending approximately 470 feet north, approximately 22 feet wide.

13. QUESTIONS AND COMMENTS FOR MAYOR AND COUNCIL:
Any person wishing to comment on any item, not otherwise on the agenda, may address the town council at this point by addressing the mayor and town council and giving his or her name and address for the record. Comments should be limited to not more than three (3) minutes, unless additional time is authorized by the mayor. Citizen groups will be asked to appoint a spokesperson. This is the time and place for any person who wishes to comment on non-agenda items. Some items brought forward to the attention of the town council will be turned over to the clerk to provide a response outside of the town council meeting.

b. Review and approval of Bid for 2026-27 Town Street Snow Removal

d. Discussion and possible vote on Ordinance 2026-09 - Vacating Right of Way on North Main Street
e. Discussion and possible vote on proposed rezoning map on lot sizes as presented by Planning and Zoning at last month's council meeting.
f. Discussion and possible vote on Ordinance 2026-08, amending the current requirements for comer lots within the town city limits and considering clarifying the setbacks on all sides of a corner lot
g. Discussion and Review of proposed Ordinance 2026-07 - Amend the Transient business License fee and procedure
h. Discussion and possible vote on Ordinance 2026-04 - Amending the Consolidated Fee Schedule establishing a fee in lieu of dedication of required water shares and/or water rights
