A COUNCIL MEMBER MAY ATTEND AND VOTE ELECTRONICALLY AND MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC MAY PARTICIPATE ELECTRONICALLY OR IN PERSON.**

Notice is further hereby given that person(s) wishing to make a public comment at a City Council meeting may do so either virtually or in person.
