Roy City has requested annexation into Weber Fire District for fire protection, emergency medical services, and related emergency services. Weber Fire District will hold a public hearing to receive questions and public comment concerning the proposed annexation.
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of Weber Fire District will hold a Board meeting beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 1, 2026, in the Training Room located at Weber Fire District Station 61, 2023 W. 1300 N., Farr West, Utah. Board Members may participate electronically.

7. Discussion and Action on the Following Resolutions:
- 39-2026- A resolution acknowledging Riverdale City's request for annexation, authorizing the District to proceed with the annexation process, and directing District staff to complete all necessary actions in accordance with Utah law.
- 40-2026- A resolution acknowledging Roy City's request for annexation, authorizing the District to proceed with the annexation process, and directing District staff to complete all necessary actions in accordance with Utah law.

Residential - $314.13 per year
Business - $571.14 per year
Property owners and registered voters within the area proposed to be annexed may protest the annexation by filing a written protest with the Weber Fire District Board of Trustees within 30 days after the public hearing. Protests can be emailed to district@weberfiredistrict.gov or mailed to the above address after the public hearing.
