1. Discussion and possible action on Change Order #004 in the amount of $20,846.69 for adjustment to the concrete and pavilion improvements.
2. Discussion and possible action on Resolution 2026.XX - a resolution amending Resolution 2026.13 regarding the discharge of fireworks during the 2026 Independence Day fireworks season.

1. Independence Day & America's 250th Anniversary Celebration - Saturday, July 4th, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.- Center Street Park.
