Adopting 2026-2027 Fiscal Year Budget: A Resolution to Adopt the Final Budget for Virgin Town, Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2026, Through June 30, 2027 2. A Resolution of Virgin Town, Utah, Referring a Proposed Ordinance Amending the Virgin Municipal Code to Remove 'Shuttle Stop' as a Conditional Use from the Commercial Zone (VMC § 16.40) and the Highway Resort Zone (VMC § 16.44) to the Virgin Town Planning Commission for Review, Public Hearing, and Recommendation. 3. An Ordinance Adopting and Enacting a New Section in Chapter 16.8 of the Virgin Municipal Code Establishing Standards for Grading, Excavation, and Earthwork Activities; Providing for Permitting, Engineering, and Enforcement Procedures; and Promoting Public Health, Safety, and Welfare Through Responsible Land Disturbance Regulation.
