PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of Weber Fire District will hold a Board meeting beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, in the Training Room located at Weber Fire District Station 61, 2023 W. 1300 N., Farr West, Utah. Board Members may participate electronically. Weber Fire District Board of Trustees - Meeting Agenda: 1. Call to Order 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Invocation 4. Public Comments - Comments will be limited to three minutes. Step to the podium, state your name and city of residence. No action can or will be taken on any issues presented during the public comment period. 5. Employee Recognition 6. Approval of Minutes - April 14, 2026 7. Presentation and Approval of Financial Report 8. Discussion and Action on the Following Resolutions: - 12-2026 - A resolution approving and authorizing the execution of a memorandum of agreement between the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) and WFD for participation in the ATF Task Force and reimbursement of overtime and related costs. - 13-2026 - A resolution approving and authorizing the surplus of specified vehicles with a saleable value of $2,000 or more. o 2001 Ford F350 - MA262 - 14-2026 - A resolution approving and authorizing the execution of a cooperative agreement between the WFD and the Utah Department of Natural Resources, Division of Forestry, Fire and State Lands to fund the completion of the Uintah/Highlands Rapid Assessment Project including wildfire risk assessments and community outreach efforts. - 15-2026 - A resolution approving and authorizing the execution of a cooperative agreement between the WFD and the Utah Department of Natural Resources, Division of Forestry, Fire and State Lands to fund the completion of a Community Chipping and Outreach Project within the Uintah and Uintah Highlands areas. - 16-2026 - A resolution approving and authorizing the execution of a professional services agreement between the WFD and Avenue Consultants, Inc. for engineering services related to the Hooper Fire Station land swap and UDOT access project. 9. Discussion and Action on the Following Rules and Regulations: - Preface - 102.32.1 - Fire Warden - 102.32.3 - Wildland Captain Wildland Division - 200.10 - Sick Leave - 701.00 - District Facilities and Use 10.
