TOWN OF ORDERVILLE
BOARD MEETING AGENDA
The regular meeting of the Orderville town board will be held Wednesday April 1, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the basement of the Orderville town office located at 425 east state street, Orderville, Utah. The following items will be discussed and acted upon as required.

1. PUBLIC HEARING - DATE & TIME CHANGE
The proposed amendments are in TITLE 1 CHAPTER 10 TOWN COUNCIL MEETINGS:
Current: The town council shall conduct one regular meeting per month which shall be held on the first Wednesday of each month at the Orderville Town Hall, 425 E State Steet, Orderville, UT, 84758. Meetings shall begin at 7:00 p.m. or as modified by the town council. If at any time the business of the town requires a special meeting of the town council, such meeting(s) may be ordered by the mayor or any two (2) members of the town council. Procedures and process for a special meeting shall follow Title 10, Chapter 3, of the Utah Code. Noticing shall be as prescribed by Title 52, Chapter 4, of the Utah Code.

Procedures and process for a special meeting shall follow Title 10, Chapter 3, of the Utah Code. Noticing shall be as prescribed by Title 52, Chapter 4, of the Utah Code.

5. CONSIDER FOR APPROVAL/DENIAL A RECOMMENDATION FROM THE ORDERVILLE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR SHAWN REILLY AT 390 W PRICKLY PEAR CIR, ORDERVILLE FOR USE OF HOME AS A VACATION RENTAL
6. CONSIDER FOR APPROVAL/DENIAL A RECOMMENDATION FROM THE ORDERVILLE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR MARLENE COHEN AT 1750 S STATE ST, ORDERVILLE FOR USE OF HOME AS A VACATION RENTAL
