- TOWN OF ORDERVILLE BOARD MEETING AGENDA The regular meeting of the Orderville town board will be held Wednesday April 1, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the basement of the Orderville town office located at 425 east state street, Orderville, Utah. The following items will be discussed and acted upon as required. Call to Order: Minutes of the previous meeting: March 11, 2026 Bills presented for payment: BUSINESS: 1. PUBLIC HEARING - DATE & TIME CHANGE The proposed amendments are in TITLE 1 CHAPTER 10 TOWN COUNCIL MEETINGS: Current: The town council shall conduct one regular meeting per month which shall be held on the first Wednesday of each month at the Orderville Town Hall, 425 E State Steet, Orderville, UT, 84758. Meetings shall begin at 7:00 p.m. or as modified by the town council. If at any time the business of the town requires a special meeting of the town council, such meeting(s) may be ordered by the mayor or any two (2) members of the town council. Procedures and process for a special meeting shall follow Title 10, Chapter 3, of the Utah Code. Noticing shall be as prescribed by Title 52, Chapter 4, of the Utah Code. Meetings shall begin at 5:30 p.m. or as modified by the town council. If at any time the business of the town requires a special meeting of the town council, such meeting(s) may be ordered by the mayor or any two (2) members of the town council. Procedures and process for a special meeting shall follow Title 10, Chapter 3, of the Utah Code. Noticing shall be as prescribed by Title 52, Chapter 4, of the Utah Code. 2. CONSIDER/APPROVE AMENDMENTS TO TITLE 1 CHAPTER 10 TOWN COUNCIL MEETINGS DATE AND TIME CHANGE AS LISTED ABOVE 3. ZION CANYON FIBER OPTICS PROJECT PRESENTATION - AVA PECORA, NANCY COZZENS & SARAH MONTOGOMERY 4. CONSIDER FOR APPROVAL/DENIAL A RECOMMENDATION FROM THE ORDERVILLE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR WEEBACH (SAM CUBIS) AT 1045 S PINYON PINE DR, ORDERVILLE FOR USE OF HOME AS A VACATION RENTAL 5. CONSIDER FOR APPROVAL/DENIAL A RECOMMENDATION FROM THE ORDERVILLE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR SHAWN REILLY AT 390 W PRICKLY PEAR CIR, ORDERVILLE FOR USE OF HOME AS A VACATION RENTAL 6. CONSIDER FOR APPROVAL/DENIAL A RECOMMENDATION FROM THE ORDERVILLE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR MARLENE COHEN AT 1750 S STATE ST, ORDERVILLE FOR USE OF HOME AS A VACATION RENTAL 7. BUSINESS LICENSES: - WEEBACH LLC - SAM CUBIS - REILLYS ZION HIDEAWAY - SHAWN REILLY - ZION VACATION HOME - MARLENE COHEN - THE DARTBOX CABIN - SARAH ESPLIN 8. REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL TOWN ATTORNEY (CIVIL) 9. WATER MASTER PLAN DISCUSSION 10. XPRESS BILL PAY DISCUSSION 11.
