NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at the regular Grantsville City Council Meeting held on February 4, 2026, the Grantsville City Council adopted the following ordinances: Ordinance 2026-06 approves a General Plan amendment changing the Future Land Use designation for the Apple Street Townhomes Subdivision from High Single-Family Density and Mixed-Use Density to a consolidated Mixed-Use Density designation, allowing for coordinated residential and limited commercial development consistent with the City's General Plan. Ordinance 2026-07 amends Chapter 8 of the Grantsville City Code to add Micro Entrepreneurship as a conditional use, establishing standards for small-scale, low-intensity businesses designed to support local economic activity while maintaining neighborhood compatibility. Ordinance 2026-08 approves the rezoning of approximately 51.6 acres of property from A-10 (Agricultural) to General Manufacturing (MG) to support employment-generating industrial and manufacturing uses consistent with the City's economic development objectives. Ordinance 2026-09 approves the rezoning of approximately 102.4 acres of property from A-10 (Agricultural) to Mixed Use (M-U) for the Crossing at Willow Creek Subdivision, allowing for an integrated mix of residential, commercial, and employment uses. Ordinance 2026-10 approves a General Plan amendment changing the land use designation for approximately 154 acres known as the Crossing at Willow Creek Subdivision from Rural Residential 2 to Mixed-Use Density to support long-term mixed-use development and infrastructure planning. Ordinance 2026-11 amends the Utah Inland Port Authority Project Area within Grantsville City to include additional properties, supporting regional economic development, infrastructure coordination, and transportation efficiency.
