- KAMAS CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA TUESDAY JANUARY 13, 2026 6:00 P.M. Kamas City Hall 170 N. Call to Order Invocation: Councilor Leslie Staples Pledge of Allegiance 2. Newly Elected Officials Oath of Office 3. Approval of the December 9, 2025 City Council Meeting Minutes 4. Approval of the Invoice Register dated January 8, 2026 5. Public Comment - This is the public's opportunity to briefly comment on items not on the agenda 6. Public Hearing to accept public comments to consider potential projects for which funding may be applied under the CDBG Small Cities Program for Program Year 2026 7. South Summit Fire Chief Scott Thorell to explain Utah Wildland-Urban Interface Code and give Fire District updates 8. Possible Ordinance, An Ordinance adopting the Utah Wildland-Urban Interface Code 9. Possible Ordinance, An Ordinance to amend Section 15.02.010 Definitions, in the Kamas Municipal Code 10. Possible Ordinance, An Ordinance to amend Sections 15.02.010 Definitions, and 15.27.060 Existing Panhandle Lots, in the Kamas Municipal Code 11. RVH KBC 4 requesting approval for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a height adjustment at 175 W. 320 S. 12. Possible Ordinance, An Ordinance amending Section 15.30.020 to add Dairy as a Permitted Use in the Allowed Use Table and to add the Agricultural Tourism Zone to the Allowed Use Table in the Kamas Municipal Code 13. Possible Ordinance, An Ordinance to amend Section 15.22.030 to reduce the wetlands setbacks in the Kamas City Municipal Code as requested by Ballerina Farm 14. Appointment of Planning Commission member 15. Department Reports 16. Adjournment
