Discussion and Possible Approval of Modifications to the Moderate Income Housing Development Agreement for the Red Hawk Subdivision, Allowing Lot 8 to be Rented to Qualified Households for a Period of not more than Six Months, and Allowing Lots 1 and 2 to be Transferred to Mountain Country Home Solutions Sooner than the Current Agreement Allows.
