NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
EMERY TOWN, UTAH
Notice is hereby given that the Emery Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on
Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at Emery Town Hall to receive public
comment on the following matters:
1. Proposed increase in the price of cemetery plots and the perpetual care fund.
2. Proposed annual rate increases for culinary water and sewer service rates.
3. Proposed rate adjustments for culinary water and sewer connection fees.
All interested persons are invited to attend and provide written or oral comments.
Copies of the proposed fee schedules are available for public inspection at the
Emery Town Recorder's Office during regular business hours.
