4. Citizen Input: Questions and comments for Mayor & Council - Comments should be limited to not more than three (3) minutes. This is the time and place for any person who wishes to comment on non-agenda items and items that are relevant to the authority of the City Council. Items brought forward to the attention of the City Council will be turned over to staff to provide a response outside of the City Council meeting.

a. Consider an amended Plat of the Meadows at Hyde Park Phase 2
b. Consider Ordinance 2025-17, An Ordinance amending the Hyde Park Municipal Code to authorize and regulate medical cannabis pharmacies within the city.
c. Consider Ordinance 2025-18, An Ordinance defining Temporary Gravel Pits in Hyde Park City.
d. Consider a franchise agreement with Lumen Technology
e. Review and consider ground rules for the safety committee
