Discussion/possible action to approve Harrisville City Resolution 2014-05; a resolution adopting the FY 2014-15 final budget for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2015. [Lynn Fortie] c. Youth City Council Recognition Awards [Michelle Tait] d. Discussion/action on giving advice and consent to the Mayor?s appointments for Planning Commission. [Mayor Richins] e.
