How to Cancel Your Registration

We hope you are happy with Utah.gov Registered User Services. If you do need to cancel your registration for any reason, please follow these simple instructions.

1. Send an email cancellation request to subscribe@utah.gov.
2. Be sure to include your account number(s) in the email.
3. If you want it cancelled in the future, provide an effective date.
