- PUBLIC NOTICE AND AGENDA Auto Mall and Retail Public Infrastructure District Board of Trustees Special Meeting NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF AUTO MALL AND RETAIL PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT WILL HOLD A MEETING ON DECEMBER 11, 2023, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UT 84770 AT 1:00 PM A. Call to Order B. Consent Items 1. Approve the minutes of Board meeting held on November 6, 2023 2. Approve payment applications and requisition requests made since last meeting (if any). C. Public Hearings 1. Conduct a hearing to take public comment on the adoption of the Final Operating and Capital Budget for the calendar year 2024. D. Action Items 1. Consider adoption of Resolution 2023-09, adopting the Final Operating and Capital Budget for calendar year 2024, and the previously adopted ad valorem tax rate remaining unchanged from the prior year. 2. Consider approval of renewal of CLA engagement agreement and authorize the Chair to sign. 3. Consideration for authorizing an engagement letter with an outside auditing firm to perform a financial audit for the 2023 fiscal year, not to exceed $8,000, and authorize the Chair to sign once an auditing firm has been selected. 4. Consider adoption of calendar for Board meetings in 2024. E. Administrative Non-Action Items 1. Open and Public Meeting Training for Board members. F.
