- NOTICE AND AGENDA SANTA CLARA CITY COUNCIL MEETING Wednesday, November 8, 2023 Time: 5:00 p.m. AGENDA Public Notice is hereby given that the Santa Clara City Council will hold a Regular Meeting in the City Council Chambers, located at 2603 Santa Clara Drive, Santa Clara, Utah on Wednesday November 8, 2023 commencing at 5:00 PM. The meeting will be broadcast via You Tube linked on our website at https://sccity.org/meetings. 1. Call to Order 2. Opening Ceremony: - Pledge of Allegiance: Christa Hinton - Opening Comments: Michelle King, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, St. George Interfaith Council. 3. Approval of Claims and Minutes: - October 25, 2023 Regular City Council Meeting Minutes - Claims through November 8, 2023 2. Calendar of Events: - Nov. 15, 2023 City Council Work Meeting - Nov. 22, 2023 Regular City Council Meeting (Cancelled) - Nov. 23, 2023 Thanksgiving Day ( Offices Closed) - Nov. 24, 2023 (Offices Closed) B. General Business: 1. Audit Presentation. Presented by Steve Palmer, Hinton Burdick. 2. Amendment to City Manager's Contract. Presented by Brock Jacobsen, City Manager. 3. Discussion and action to consider approval of a Lighting Bid upgrading the original fluorescent and incandescent lights to LEDs throughout the City Hall. (Main Level, Upper Level, Museum, Exterior Lights and Parking Lot Lights). Presented by Cody Mitchell, Building Official. 4. Discussion and action to consider approval of Ordinance 2023-22, an Ordinance enacting a temporary land use regulation to allow for a study and potential adoption of new or revised design standards for the Historic District Zone. Email calendar invitations will be sent out in advance of the meeting. Instructions for each meeting will include the meeting ID, and password to join. When joining the meeting your screen name must show your full name. Each applicant will be accepted into the meeting when their item is up for discussion.
