- Wednesday, April 26, 2023 Development Review Committee DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the Spanish Fork City Council Chamber, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually. 1. Approval of Minutes A. April 19, 2023 2. Site Plan A. UTAH COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT BUILDING. The proposal would allow for the construction of a new building on Utah County's site located at 364 West 3200 North. 3. Preliminary Plat and Zone Change A. TRAILS ON MAIN. This proposal involves changing the current zone from R-R to R-4 and to approve a Preliminary Plat for a Master Planned Development with 2 multi-family residential buildings on 15.53 acres located at approximately 1527 South Main Street. 4. Adjourn
