PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the Spanish Fork City Council Chamber, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually.

2. Site Plan
A. UTAH COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT BUILDING. The proposal would allow for the construction of a new building on Utah County's site located at 364 West 3200 North.
3. Preliminary Plat and Zone Change
A. TRAILS ON MAIN. This proposal involves changing the current zone from R-R to R-4 and to approve a Preliminary Plat for a Master Planned Development with 2 multi-family residential buildings on 15.53 acres located at approximately 1527 South Main Street.
